Gulaman Juice

Gulaman, in Filipino cuisine, refers to the bars of dried agar used to make jelly-like desserts. In common usage, it also usually refers to the refreshment sago't gulaman, sometimes referred to as samalamig, sold at roadside stalls and vendors.
